We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who will own the reliability, coverage, and automation of Balto’s testing ecosystem. This role is hands-on, bridging QA and engineering and you’ll write automated tests, improve coverage, and help us continuously deliver high-quality code with confidence.

Support the end-to-end claims process by working closely with Claims Managers and Risk Advisors to ensure claims are efficiently documented, tracked, and communicated, helping clients receive timely resolutions. Accurately process claim submissions, track claim progress, maintain records, and communicate with clients and internal teams.
