About the Role:
- You will manage accounts receivable, complex invoicing, collections, and billing issue resolution as part of the Accounting team.
- You will support accounting operations by ensuring billing accuracy and timely collections.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue complex customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and contractual alignment.
- Monitor accounts, manage collections, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support month-end close and maintain AR records.
Qualifications:
- Five years of AR experience with invoicing and collections.
- Advanced experience in SaaS billing processes and MS Excel proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compensation:
- Salary $83,000 with competitive equity.
