Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role:

• We're looking for an exceptional Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the end-to-end AR process.
• The ideal candidate has prior AR experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely invoice payment.
• Provide professional support to new and existing customers regarding AR related questions and make collection calls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, orders, and channel teams to support month-end close.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university with 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
