Senior Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-volume, high-risk accounts requiring advanced collection expertise.
• Research and resolve complex billing, payment, and eligibility discrepancies.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for team members, providing guidance on challenging collection matters.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of collections or AR experience with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and AR systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
