Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage an active customer portfolio of accounts and contact clients with past due balances to obtain payment.
• Meet or exceed targeted collections metrics such as 90% accounts touched and 85% current portfolio balance.
• Assist cash applications with resolving payment discrepancies and support accounts receivable process improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
• One or more years of accounts receivable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and excellent organization and English skills.
