Job Summary:

This role partners with sales, operations, and credit teams to support cash flow and resolve customer balances.
It requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with collections or accounts receivable experience.

What You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to reduce delinquent receivables.
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payment status, and account inquiries.
Partner with branch managers, sales teams, and credit managers to resolve disputes and credit holds.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required; 1-3 years of accounts receivable or credit experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work during Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours.
