About the role:
- You will own Garner's monthly client invoicing and Accounts Receivable function end to end.
- You'll join a Finance organization that has invested heavily in automation.
What you will do:
- Own the monthly invoicing process, managing ~800 invoices per month.
- Own Accounts Receivable & collections, including cash application and issue resolution.
- Leverage and continuously improve automation tools to enhance accuracy.
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience owning Billing and Accounts Receivable processes in a high volume environment.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Clear and proactive communication and an ownership mindset.
Tools you will use:
- QuickBooks Online, Netsuite, Salesforce, Modern Treasury, Snowflake, and Google Sheets.
- Internal AI/automation tools (Claude) for recurring invoicing and reconciliation.
