As an Associate, you will join our Crypto Operations team to help deliver frictionless, reliable, accurate, and timely client experiences across an expansive set of products & features. You’ll play a vital part in shaping and refining the key processes that drive our Crypto product, leading impactful projects while working with cross-functional partners. Your collaboration will ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement across the board.
Manage projects that improve processes and reporting for the Accounting function including enablement of automated journal entries from subledger to general ledger and data enablement for account reconciliations. Represent the accounting team in product development conversations and perform complex analysis on financial data from Affirm’s proprietary systems for financial reporting. Lead the development of robust system documentation and support financial and internal controls and audits.
You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, AR & Billing providing billing support, reporting and collection efforts for our largest Enterprise customers and partners. You will process invoice & billing requests and work closely with accounting, sales and tech departments in order to make billing adjustments and ensure payments are recorded accurately.
