About the Role:
- You will handle complex billing, ensure invoice accuracy, and guide teammates on Zone workflows.
- This role reports to the Billing & Collections Manager and involves cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do:
- Review contracts, process invoices, perform cash application, and monitor AR aging.
- Lead process improvements and manage peak billing cycles.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of billing experience with NetSuite or Zone, and proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
