Manager of Billing Operations

About the Role:

• Manage day-to-day billing, invoicing, and A/R functions with a focus on execution and accuracy.
• Actively drive collections outreach and negotiate payment plans to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Accounting to streamline customer support and resolve root-cause issues.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor billing workflows and generate invoices for recurring and usage-based products.
• Oversee A/R aging reports and execute proactive collections via phone and email.
• Partner with Accounting to assess bad debt and support month-end close.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or corporate collections.
• Strong communication skills with comfort performing direct customer outreach.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a desire to streamline workflows and fix operational errors.
