About the Role:
- We're building the most sophisticated accounting function in SaaS, where AI and automation handle repetitive work.
- As an Accounting Operations Analyst, you'll own billing, AR, AP, and collections, improving processes and building for 5-10x scaling.
What You'll Do:
- Own customer invoicing via Stripe and Rillet, driving toward one-day billing.
- Lead collections and manage AR to meet OKRs on past due AR under 10% and best-in-class DSO.
- Own accounts payable and vendor payments end-to-end, and identify automation opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in billing, collections, AP, or accounting operations at high-growth companies.
- Track record of improving broken processes with measurable results.
- Fluency with Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel, and Accounting ERPs like Rillet or NetSuite.
