Revenue & Accounting Operations Controller

Revenue Oversight:

• Own the order-to-cash process with focus on ASC606 compliance and billing accuracy.
• Partner with Data Analytics to align revenue data with forecasts and cash flow projections.

Systems, Automation & Process Improvement:

• Manage system integrations between Salesforce, billing platforms, and NetSuite.
• Design internal controls and automate workflows to improve scalability and transparency.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a finance team while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal.
• Optimize contracting flow, invoicing, and collections across departments.

Strategic Impact:

• Drive operational readiness for new products, pricing models, and international expansion.
• Provide insights on cash management and support audit readiness and compliance.
