As the Senior Billing Manager, you will oversee billing operations, utilizing your experience in SaaS, Salesforce, and data-informed insights. You will enhance and optimize the end-to-end billing process for SaaS products, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and compliance with subscription-based billing models.

As the Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of accounting activities of this private equity backed organization. This is a hands-on position which demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial performance. Under the direction of the Director of Finance, will handle corporate accounting, including general ledger reconciliations, account reconciliations, and billing and payable processing.

The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting and compliance, contributing to FP&A. Responsibilities include technical accounting expertise, improving financial processes, and internal audits. The role manages month-end, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, sales tax, and billing, requiring a hands-on, self-sufficient approach.

Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and systems, interpreting and analyzing accounting data and implementing technical accounting procedures and policies. The ideal candidate has SaaS experience, is highly analytical and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
