Lead Billing & Accounts Receivable Operations: Manage end-to-end invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and tax compliance across all revenue streams.
Design and Improve Quote-to-Cash Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define billing triggers, resolve data quality issues, and enhance automation.
Own and Optimize NetSuite: Configure billing workflows, revenue schedules, and dashboards; support integrations with Salesforce and Mulesoft.

You Have:

8+ years in Billing Operations or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS, with 5+ years managing the function.
Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise (4+ years) configuring workflows and revenue schedules.
Experience billing across SaaS subscriptions, consumption-based models, hardware, and enterprise contracts.
