Billing Operations Specialist

About the Role:

• Manage client billing operations, subscription updates, invoicing, refunds, and revenue-related administrative processes.
• Ensure billing accuracy, timely invoicing, proper account setup, and smooth coordination between onboarding, ongoing client management, and offboarding.
• Handle client payment management, billing review and reconciliation, and subscription and pricing updates.

Your Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience using Zoho Billing or similar subscription and invoicing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or relevant work experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly flat salary of 56,199 PHP.
• 43 days off per year: 22 holidays plus 21 days of PTO, and 3 additional volunteer days.
• 100% remote work with flexible hours and ability to participate in profit sharing after one year.
