Role Overview:
- The Operations Manager is the central coordination point for patient billing, document management, and inbound support queries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient invoicing, cash-pay billing cycles, and payment reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and maintain patient records, intake forms, and consent documents in full HIPAA compliance.
- Serve as first point of contact for patient queries across email and platform support channels.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in operations management, medical administration, or comparable role.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with experience in cash-pay medical billing.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and EMR or telehealth platform tools.
