Participate in billing and collection activities, including researching rejected claims, posting payments, and resubmitting claims with documentation. Status or reprocess claims, bill Medicare, Medicaid, and other carriers, and update accounts receivable. Ensure all clients are informed on balances.

Manage client interactions while ensuring client needs are met with client satisfaction. You will identify opportunities, devise data-driven strategies, and represent the BI team. This role requires creating detailed project plans, working with instructional design and training, and contributing to client QA initiatives.
