As Billing Department Lead, you will be responsible for recording invoices in Buildium, paying invoices in Buildium to vendors, recording checks from vouchers in Buildium and verifying against bank records and websites, following up on rent payments for buildings without e-pay, recording them in the system, following up on open balances for rent, including calling, texting, and emailing tenants, and coordinating with the team on monthly income and expenses for each property.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Invoice Audit Specialist with a background in accounting or law. In this role, you will focus on auditing software systems and UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies. Your expertise will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
