As the NetSuite Administrator, you will own the ongoing configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of Rockbot’s NetSuite ERP system, collaborating with various teams to ensure NetSuite supports scalable, efficient, and accurate business processes, ultimately improving workflow automation and driving reporting clarity.

Architect the end-to-end post-sale journey across every touchpoint—from onboarding to renewal, owning the vision and execution for a high-scale, high-touch experience that delights customers of all sizes, partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing to infuse the voice and needs of the customer into company-wide initiatives. You will lead multiple functions and cross-functional initiatives, champion the customer, and design experiences that drive loyalty and growth.
