Director, Order-to-Cash

Order-to-Cash Ownership:

• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle across all revenue streams: hardware, advertising, subscriptions, and partnerships.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing, credit assessments, and collections.
• Own the SOX control framework and support internal and external audits.

Team Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead and develop a team of two, setting clear performance expectations and building capacity for scale.
• Drive collections strategy, aging management, and DSO reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Accounting, and Legal to resolve discrepancies and support deal structuring.

Process Improvement and Analysis:

• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements across NetSuite and Salesforce to reduce manual effort.
• Build and maintain reporting covering DSO, aging, risk exposure, and bad debt reserves.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to support cash flow forecasting and projections.
