Controller

Accounting Operations:

• Lead core accounting activities, including general ledger, revenue accounting, cost tracking, and monthly close.
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Ensure financial processes are scalable and aligned with company growth.

Close & Reporting:

• Own the monthly and quarterly close process, including timelines, deliverables, and reviews.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and account analysis.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and management reporting.

Team Leadership & Systems:

• Manage and develop the accounting team with clear goals and expectations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Improve speed, accuracy, and consistency of the financial close process.
