Senior Accounting Manager

Operational Execution:

• Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and commission processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial data for decision-making.

Month-End Close & Reporting:

• Lead the month-end close process with journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Maintain tracking of cash in/outflows and support quarterly reporting for board packages.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for compliance.

Team Leadership & Growth:

• Supervise and mentor the internal Senior Accountant, fostering a culture of accuracy and collaboration.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in accounting processes and systems.
• Build scalable systems and documentation in a fast-paced startup environment.
