Senior Accountant

About the Opportunity:

• We are hiring a Senior Accountant to play a key role in building our world-class accounting function and own significant areas of the accounting operation.
• You will ensure accounting processes are accurate, scalable, and audit-ready while identifying opportunities to improve controls and automate workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare for and support GAAP financial audit, resolve key issues, and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Support month end close, reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting activities, including payroll and intercompany transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial and accounting processes, including systems, tools, software, and workflows.

What You’ll Need:

• BA/BS in Accounting and 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or high-growth startup.
• Strong Accounts Payable expertise, experience with GAAP, and proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Ownership mindset and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
