$80,000–$90,000/yr

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities to expand adoption of Versapay’s payments, AR automation, collaboration, and cash application solutions.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to develop coordinated account strategies and execute strategic account plans that drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Engage finance, accounting, and IT executives to understand their priorities, challenges, and transformation goals—positioning Versapay as a critical partner in increasing efficiency and accelerating cash flow.

QA Engineer

$90,000–$100,000/yr

  • Design test strategies and implement/execute test cases in collaboration with other team members.
  • Take ownership of projects, analyze process gaps and work actively towards building/aligning QA best practices.
  • Exhibit investigative attitude to know more, wanting to explore further, wanting to discover the unknowns, put efforts to deviate from a logical approach to uncover issues.

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to create scalable processes for customer adoption and growth.
  • Partnering with Customer Success Leadership, you'll lead key initiatives, oversee critical operations, and find ways to improve outcomes at scale.
  • Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll combine strategy and execution to build reliable processes, deliver insights, and implement systems for the Customer Success team.

  • Implement new features, improve user experiences, and fix bugs in a mature SaaS application.
  • Review PRs to educate others of best practices, pair program with people who are stuck on a problem, ensure the team is following agreed upon standards.
  • Work closely with the Implementations Team to turn customer needs/pain points into actionable work with technical designs.
