Responsibilities:
- Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms like Stripe.
- Own reconciliation between executed order forms and provisioning requests, working with Sales and Legal to resolve gaps.
- Process mid-cycle changes, manage renewal mechanics (upgrades, downgrades, seat changes), and handle offboarding cleanly.
Requirements:
- Obsessive about accuracy and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling company.
- Experience managing billing at scale across hundreds of accounts.
- Ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones within the United States.
