About the Role:
- Build and own the Revenue Operations function for Zūm's three core revenue lines: Home-to-School, Field Trips, and Charter.
- Serve as the connective tissue between field operations, product, and finance, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Deal Desk function, maintain billing configuration, and enforce monthly billing data cycle deadlines.
- Lead end-to-end dispute resolution and coordinate escalation pathways with Product and Legal.
- Deliver weekly RevOps performance reporting to Executive team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Billing Operations, with contract-to-billing expertise.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, people management experience, and ability to drive cross-functional accountability.
- Nice to have: experience in K-12 transportation, program management, or building billing functions from scratch.
