We are seeking a Manager of Professional Services to lead and actively contribute to our NetSuite consulting team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end NetSuite implementations and optimization projects , ensuring successful project delivery while managing and mentoring a team of consultants. You’ll take a hands-on approach , working directly with customers to understand their business needs.

The Order Management Specialist will support Kiddom’s print fulfillment process, working directly with school customers to ensure large, complex orders are accurate and complete. You will intake and organize bulk orders, interface with customer contacts to confirm details, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit orders to print vendors. You will track the status of orders and update systems like NetSuite.

Play a pivotal role in the rollout of operations, recruiting, hiring, and driving the growth and deliverables of the new office. Delivery Managers play a dual role as player-coach, providing day-to-day support to a team of direct reports while managing a small client portfolio of engagements. Manage end-to-end ERP implementations acting in sponsor and/or Project/Program Manager role.

Help streamline sales processes, manage payments, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Manage sales documents, track client payments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues, ensuring smooth communication between departments for efficient problem-solving.
