- Execute collections outreach at defined touchpoints.
- Manage billing inquiries and support dispute resolution.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of collections or AR experience.
- Track record of reducing AR aging and improving collections.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and strong communication skills.
