Finance Coordinator

Invoicing & Billing:

• Generate accurate invoices for rentals including extensions, overages, fuel and damage charges.
• Issue credits and adjustments when needed, and resolve billing disputes quickly and fairly.

AR Collections & AP Bank Payments:

• Monitor aging, chase down payment by phone and email, coordinate with sales on tricky accounts.
• Prepare bank payment runs and supplier payouts, process vendor bills, ensure suppliers get paid accurately and on time.

Bookkeeping & Automation:

• Support month-end close by coding transactions, reconciling accounts and payment processors.
• Embrace modern tooling and AI to automate repetitive parts of the role and reinvest time in higher-value work.
