- Audit proposals, designs, and payments; resolve gaps and risks before scheduling.
- Lead project reviews, coordinate measurements, and build scopes of work.
- Develop schedules, critical paths, and procurement plans; track materials.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing U.S.-based high-end remodeling projects.
- Strong Buildertrend skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
- Excellent English communication; ability to work U.S. hours.
