The Role:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations, coordinating between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of qualified Service Providers, ensuring quality standards and consistent service delivery.
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years construction field work, residential construction preferred.
- 5+ years working in residential management.
- Experience with home modifications: bathrooms, ramps, etc., a preferred plus.
