• Provide GMP quality oversight for outsourced manufacturing across cell bank, drug substance, drug product, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely batch disposition, compliant documentation, and proactive quality risk management.
• Lead quality record review, manage CDMO relationships, and support regulatory inspections and filings.

• Serve as the primary liaison to the Government on all contract issues and policy matters, coordinating with the CMS Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Lead the post-award Kick-Off Meeting and orientation briefing within seven (7) business days of award, addressing management approach, project work plan, staffing, communications, risk management, and configuration management.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), revising the work plan no more frequently than monthly as project conditions evolve.

• Support product data management, including validation, audits, and clean-up within the Product Information Management (PIM) system, primarily for the Trees category.
• Assist with new product introduction (NPI) PIM enrichment and perform product data quality assurance (QA) prior to site launch to ensure accuracy and standards compliance.
• Partner with Merchandising Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve data gaps, clarify requirements, and support timely product setup across systems.
