About the Role:
- You will lead end-to-end delivery of Nooks' physical spaces from design through construction.
- You will report into the Construction function within Product as an individual contributor.
- You will work remotely with up to 50% travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full drawing process across SD, DD, and CD phases.
- Oversee general contractors and vendors through construction.
- Own each project from early design through turnover, holding scope, schedule, and budget.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Within first year, you have taken multiple Nooks sites from design through turnover on schedule and on budget.
- Drawing sets move cleanly through phases because issues are caught early.
- Construction leadership relies on you as the single owner of delivery.
