Project Oversight:
- Manage assigned data center construction projects across design, preconstruction, execution, closeout, and turnover.
- Serve as the day-to-day coordination point for architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Track decisions, risks, milestones, and critical-path activities to keep projects on schedule.
Budget and Documentation:
- Support ROM budget development, cost reviews, change-order evaluation, and forecasting.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting documentation, and closeout materials.
- Maintain accurate project files, reporting, and documentation in collaboration with coordination resources.
Operational Support:
- Provide project coverage when senior leadership is unavailable to ensure continuity.
- Travel up to 25% as needed for site visits and meetings.
- Escalate risks and issues that could affect project delivery.
