Senior Project Manager – Data Center Tenant Fit-Out

Role Summary:

• We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the planning and execution of data center customer fit-out and tenant improvement projects across our growing portfolio.
• The role involves working with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of tenant fit-out and customer deployment projects.
• Provide mentorship and oversight for an Associate Project Manager.
• Coordinate white space build-outs, MEP integrations, and customer-specific infrastructure deployments.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in data center construction, tenant fit-outs, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and experience managing multi-stakeholder project environments.
