About the Role:
- You will own day-to-day site execution for greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds.
- You will orchestrate general contractors, trades, and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities.
What You'll Do:
- Build, maintain, and execute integrated schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time.
- Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value, and resource loading.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.
- Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls.
- Ability to enforce safety hard and hold subcontractors accountable.
