  • Set the technical direction for controls design, owning templates, SOOs, points lists, and Division 25 specifications that every modular data center inherits.
  • Drive design decisions across mechanical, electrical, commissioning, and construction to remove controls as a bottleneck on site schedules.
  • Grow the team by hiring and developing controls engineers, ensuring quality and repeatability across all design packages.

$200,000–$250,000/yr

  • Lead environmental due diligence on greenfield and brownfield sites, owning Phase I and Phase II ESAs and regulatory evaluations.
  • Build and execute site-specific permitting strategies across multiple states for CWA 404, NPDES, and other approvals.
  • Quarterback environmental requirements across teams to ensure natural-resource constraints don't become schedule risks.
