Lead software engineering and own the technical vision for Nooks, covering government contract delivery, internal platform, and AI strategy.
Report to the CEO, sit on the executive leadership team, and define the operating model while scaling the team from project-based to outcome-based ownership.
Drive measurable AI adoption across products and internal workflows, and own delivery economics against awarded contracts.
