As a key member of the B2B Growth Marketing team, you will own end-to-end digital strategy and execution, managing and optimizing paid media programs across search, social, display, programmatic, digital ad placements, and content syndication. This hands-on role is ideal for a strategic, analytical marketer who thrives on measurable outcomes.

The Senior Media Manager will report directly to the Media Supervisor, who will assist with strategic development and planning. The Senior Media Manager should have strong client facing skills and be able to help lead client calls, reinforce strategy, and recommend testing or new opportunities. This person will need to work with the creative team on the development of new client assets, including messaging and design concepts.

As a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, you’ll be building performance, guiding media teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. In addition to leading the overall strategy of accounts, you'll bring strong SEM expertise to the table, and be responsible for crafting smart strategies and ensuring seamless execution.

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the success of our digital ad program across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms. Manage campaign launches including building audiences, uploading creative, setting budgets, and ensuring proper tracking.

Own and scale search campaigns on Amazon, Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart Ads, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision, —driving incremental sales. Build and optimize performance-max funnels on Meta, TikTok, and Snap—prioritizing frequency and retargeting. Manage bidding strategies, budget pacing, and audience segmentation across platforms; A/B test creatives. Partner with eComm, merchandising, and brand teams ensuring campaign execution is airtight.
