Drive the execution of creative projects from intake through to final delivery, managing timelines, workflows, and communication across a variety of formats – including digital, video, social, and more. Act as a central hub between creative and channel stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations. Own the creative intake process- review briefs for completeness, assign work based on team capacity, and ensure every project is set up for success from day one.
Responsible for leading and designing the next generation of Underdog products, you'll utilize design-thinking, product strategy, and brand to create exceptional experiences and features across the Fantasy and/or Sports Betting products. Lead current product design solutions while identifying future optimizations and enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to develop and execute product solutions.
As a VIP Host, you will build and nurture relationships with our most engaged players, driving the success of our premier VIP engagement program. Grow and establish a strong VIP user base in Missouri, and build customer loyalty with users in the state. Execute strategies to acquire new players, successfully onboard them onto the platform and spark their engagement.
Approach user inquiries with a cool, open-minded approach and make sure that their concerns are being fully heard. Gather information from users in order to efficiently reach solutions by cross-collaborating with teams from several different departments. Create a lasting impression on every user through transparent, open, and honest communication. Assist with Tier 1 level customer inquiries ranging from account creation to gameplay explanations. Show up everyday with a positive attitude and excited to help the team collectively reach its goals. Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions. Offer comprehensive technical assistance to both Web and Mobile app users. Assist in facilitating a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for users, ensuring their successful adoption of the app
