The Sr. Scrum Master will help to oversee the scrum development team and manage timelines, resolve problems and coach team members on Agile methodologies. The Sr. Scrum Master will work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, while resolving conflicts and remove any obstacles that may occur. Ensuring that deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint and guides the development team to higher scrum maturity.
