Copado Release Lead

What You'll Do:

• Plan and coordinate releases across multiple Salesforce environments using Copado.
• Manage sandbox refresh lifecycles and maintain a refresh calendar in Jira.
• Mentor a small team and serve as escalation point for release blockers.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience with at least 3 years as a Release Manager or Lead.
• 3+ years of hands-on Copado experience including pipeline configuration and quality gates.
• Proven ability to facilitate CAB meetings and maintain deployment readiness.
