Looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building and maintaining internal development platforms that empower our software engineering teams. This team owns and operates critical infrastructure tools and plays a key role in ensuring quality, security, governance, and efficiency across the software development lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for driving platform reliability, scalability, and usability while supporting a team of engineers through mentorship, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this key role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable automations and integrations across our Salesforce environment and other internal data warehouse systems. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our Salesforce instance supports rapid growth while maintaining technical stability and scalability standards. We are looking for someone with a builder mentality who thrives in solving often ambiguous problems, and enjoys creating innovative solutions from the ground up.
