This role is part of the Enterprise Measurement and Configuration Services (EMACS) program within the Veterans Experience Office (VEO). The selected candidate will work in a collaborative, agile team environment focused on delivering advanced analytics, AI, and data engineering solutions that improve the Veteran experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring smooth project execution, and helping the team meet its goals. Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers. Lead and build relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation. across a highly cross-functional Agile software development team supporting CI/CD.

This is a 100% remote Business Analyst position on a large federal government project supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Business Analyst develops program schedules, creates work breakdown structures, assigns software development personnel to tasks, and engages directly with business stakeholders to evaluate and document business needs.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading a team and engaging in all aspects of SAFe Agile software development, primarily for planning and design; identifying and resolving project issues; and analyzing complex business problems to determine IT solutions.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with program objectives, schedules, and deliverables. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, providing leadership, transparency, and accountability across the program lifecycle. The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Provide analysis, testing, and quality monitoring support for large-scale data migration and syndication activities tied to VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) initiative. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and analytical skills with experience in data validation, source-to-target verification, and healthcare data interpretation. The candidate must reside within the continental US.

As a SQL Developer, you’ll build and optimize data structures, develop ETL/ELT processes, and deliver high-quality datasets across multiple systems. You will design, develop, and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions for data integration, transformation, and validation, collaborating with data modelers and architects to ensure alignment with data standards.

Implement data integration and exchange using FHIR, HL7, CSV files etc. for parsing and incorporation into databases. Troubleshoot, monitor performance and manage security on Oracle Active Data Guard or other mirroring technology. Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources, which requires data mapping from one data source to another minimizing any data loss.

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SQL, structured, and unstructured data, ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and high availability within the Azure environment. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will work with software developers, analysts, and functional testers to develop automated tests and end-to-end test automation solutions. You will also design and execute tests, perform data validations, and create scalable test solutions. Collaborate with the delivery team to troubleshoot software issues and improve test execution.
