The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive engineer with a passion for building data-centric systems and automating cloud infrastructure. This role serves as a bridge between development and operations teams, ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient services.

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our R&D team at REAL. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our consultant DevOps team to prioritize, schedule, and implement DevOps tasks. This role requires you to give recommendations and take the initiative for the long-term health of the infrastructure.

This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who brings a developer’s mindset to SRE work. You’ll be expected to anticipate problems before they happen, automate smart solutions, and elevate how reliability is measured, built, and maintained. You'll play a critical role in improving system observability, ensuring platform reliability, and embedding proactive engineering practices across a globally distributed environment.

As a key member of the Platform Engineering team, you will play a role in designing, building, and maintaining the systems and infrastructure necessary to support Omada’s mission. The Platform Engineering team is responsible for both the operational integrity of our infrastructure, as well as DevOps processes which help other engineers get more done with less pain.

You will bring creative problem solving and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and operating Calendly's next-generation infrastructure platform. SREs build their own tools, deploy open-source solutions, and consume cloud services as needed to extend the platform.
