As a Senior Deployment Engineer, you will serve as the strategic technical bridge between Karat and its clients, ensuring clients maximize value from Karat's interview platform throughout their entire partnership journey. You will analyze performance metrics, develop tailored proposals, and strengthen client relationships to ensure they consistently meet their hiring goals through our fair, predictive, and enjoyable interview process.

Drive revenue growth by building partnerships with mid-market technology companies across the U.S., EMEA, and other geographies as needed. This role encompasses the full sales cycle, including prospecting, closing, and post-sale support, requiring versatility across multiple functions within the sales process. Qualify and convert inbound leads through structured discovery conversations and consultative selling approaches that uncover technical hiring challenges.
