Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role:

• We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help run, maintain, and improve our Ruby on Rails stack and infrastructure.
• You will help scale our application using best-in-class architecture and software design.

What you'll do:

• Proactively identify, triage, and resolve performance issues and enhance observability with SLOs and SLIs.
• Build and maintain AI agents and automations to reduce operational toil across incident response and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with other SREs, lead database capacity planning, and participate in on-call rotation.

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of Ruby/Rails experience, 3+ years of AWS, and hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• You are skilled in profiling, benchmarking, and code review to catch performance problems before production.
