Part-Time Installer Support Specialist

Loan Application & Funding Processing:

• Review and validate documents submitted as part of the loan application and funding process.
• Assist with processing and tracking loan application and funding requests, maintaining accurate project notes.
• Escalate complex issues, discrepancies, or exceptions to the appropriate team member.

Installer Support & Project Coordination:

• Respond to installer support requests and assist with questions regarding applications, project requirements, documentation, and funding.
• Follow up with installers regarding outstanding documents or project requirements.
• Support administrative tasks for installer onboarding, project processing, and ongoing account support.
