Help the Client succeed as the Field Service Dispatcher. You'll schedule and dispatch service calls, keep customers informed, and help ensure our operations run smoothly. Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact. You will prioritize jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability. Track technician locations and job progress using GPS or dispatch software.
Provide administrative and operational support that keeps projects organized and the business running smoothly. This role blends project coordination, systems management, and hands-on problem solving across multiple construction and remodeling projects. Coordinate project logistics and documentation—from initial lead entry to final invoicing—ensuring all files, photos, and approvals are current.
