About the Role:
- You’ll be the remote office manager for a family-owned plumbing company in the US, running the office end to end.
- Answer every customer call and text, own the dispatch board, and close out jobs.
- By your 90th day, you’re the administrative backbone of the business.
What You’ll Own:
- Call intake and customer communication from one shared inbox, entering every lead the same day.
- Scheduling and dispatch as the single source of truth, including reschedules and equipment.
- Job tracking, estimate follow-up, job closeout, payroll support, permits, and daily reporting.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years as an office manager, dispatcher, CSR, or operations coordinator, ideally in field services.
- Hands-on experience with FieldPulse, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms.
- Clear, confident English and a reliable remote setup.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $1600/mo depending on experience.
- Guaranteed annual bonus of one month's salary plus performance-based bonus.
