About:
- Administrative backbone for a plumbing and heating company on Housecall Pro.
- Handle calls, scheduling, invoicing, permits, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Own call handling, booking, and schedule management.
- Manage invoicing, collections, and AR follow-up.
- Run payroll, onboarding, permits, and COIs.
